Beginner lessons are not only for children and teens! Adults enjoy taking the plunge and
doing what they've always wanted to do.... learn to ride a horse!!!

| Equipment needed for lessons Boots: high tops and a heel. Rubber boots are not allowed because it is impossible to get your heel down properly. Riding pants: close fitting pants, jeans tend to chafe at the legs, leggings and breeches are great. They can be purchased used, in a store or in any equine catalog. We have catalogs available for viewing at all times. Shirt/Sweater/Jacket: Close fitting, it is imperative that the trainer be able to see your upper body. Coats, baggy shirts ect. will short change you in your lessons because the instructor will not be able to assist you in your upper body balance. ASTM approved Helmet: We do not provide helmets and helmets are required. They can be purchased via catalogs or tack store. Gloves: Any flexible gloves are fine. Now let's get ready to ride !!! |

I-475 Take Exit 3 Hwy 80. Go West of Hwy 80 for approx 6 miles. Take the second right after the Lizella FIRE
STATION!! (Columbus Rd), Make first right onto Hopewell, Make your third right onto McCallum Place. At the
cul-de-sac we are on the left. Drive approx 1800 ft to the Barn.
MAKE SURE YOU USE THE LIZELLA FIRE STATION AS A LAND MARK!!
